I hadn't thought about it too much, but I think my mom is. When the eldest went off to college- my mom had another baby because the thought of her oldest daughter moving out was too depressing for her! She is now 49 with an 8 year old - but I think she will be sad when she no longer has kids in the house. I mean, she has grandkids now and she said that cured her baby fever - now she relishes being a grandma - but I do wonder what it will be like for her when she has no kids in the house... I feel like my mom defines herself by her family - she is so in love with all of us and we're the center of her world. I'm not sure what she'll do!
