I did not get along with my parents in my teenager/ high school/ college years but out of all of my siblings, I was the 'better one.' LOL My siblings would tease me all the time.

I got along with my parents in general but my mom and I were totally butting heads over boys... Dunno why since I only ever talked to them about homework and was a straight A student!

As much as would be expected, I guess. I thought my mother was ruining my life a time or two but she was just doing her job. Now we're incredibly close.

Yes.. but we weren't "friends".. it was more of a respect thing.. I didn't dare not get along with them haha

Yes and no. I always butted heads with them when it came to picking classes and social life. I was super sheltered as a kid and wasn't allowed to hang out too often. I also couldn't take "fun" electives. They had to be educational classes like Spanish or AP something or another.

Yes and no. I'm the oldest so there was def a battle of wills even though I was a good girl. We def didn't know how to talk to each other a lot of times. I think a lot of the times they treated all their kids the same so since some of my sisters were still in elementary school, they just fell back on that, which just made it really awkward.

Eh, we had our good days and bad days. I rarely fought with my dad, but I was a biatch to my mom sometimes. My mom and I are really close now, though!

It's complicated. I didn't not get along with them or fight with them or anything, they were just completely checked out of my life (my dad and stepmom). I didn't have any relationship at all with my mother until I was an adult.
