I have asthma, but it was well controlled before pregnancy and hasn't been an issue so far during pregnancy.
In the past couple if days I've noticed that I've had more shortness if breath than usual, which I attributed to the baby growing up towards my chest cavity at 28 weeks.
Today I'm having work done in my crawlspace to clean up sewage (yuck!) from a main line plumbing backup last week. The work is contained in the crawlspace but they are spraying chemicals and I'm having a reaction to something. They even brought an air purifier because I told them about my asthma.
When should I consider calling my doctor about this? I'm thinking that once they are done I'll give it a few hours to calm down. Should I call my GP who manages my asthma, or my OB?
