Thank you so much for wishing me well... I am feeling substantially better this morning. I get migraines fairly often and, sadly, my neurologists, specialists, and rheumatologists can't agree agree if my migraines manifest as part of my epilepsy, Fibromyalgia, or as a separate entity (migraine disorder). During an episode, I am in much pain and I try to "go into hiding in a bear den" - no lights, no sound, no food, & with a bed and powder room nearby. Most last 12 - 70+ hours. Enough about my migraines... I am SO over them! 🙄
Yellowbeach - I am the lady with the huge Jackie-O sunglasses in the ER in a fetal position on a chair while my poor husband tries to wrangle our son and our daughter (10) reads on her Kindle and is oblivious to the world. I try to be funny but tell every attendant,"if you turn those lights on, I'll cry and you don't want to see a grown woman cry.". Most smirk and keep lights low. I don't get people who can use a phone and cite "migraine." Low level of pain? Fibbing? Phone addiction? What do THEY rate their discomfort on the Borg Scale?
Sam's Mom - Thank you for taking over while I was off of the board. I REALLY appreciate it!!! Also, the story of your son's kitten was adorable! I hope you get your BFP this month, although,it would mean I wouldn't have your cutting humor and awesome type of silly with me next cycle.
Onto the BIG news ...
JessieMuller! Ahhhhhh! I knew you'd get your BFP this month. I felt it and I wrote (when you got your "indent" ) that I thought it was the start of something more. Something was "cooking" in there! I am so UNBELIEVABLY HAPPY for you! CONGRATULATIONS, former cycle sister!

I just tested again. Not much darker, but I can see a difference. I did pick up a faint line on my wondfo though!

@Jessiemuller88: Faint, but still a beautiful line! I can see where it is a bit darker as well. Skweeeeeeee!!!! (*Excited squeal*) So flipping happy for you!

So I didn't have temps the last 2 days due to kitten theft and a diaper leak, but my temp is up also a half of a degree from my last one

@Kaohinani: welcome back and I'm so glad you are feeling better!!
@Jessiemuller88: YAY i love seeing pics of tests! I see the faint shadow on the wondfo too!!
@Sams Mom: that sounds promising!!
my temps have been all over the place and I never got a blazing positive on my opk so I'm not sure what's going on with me... I MAY have ovulated yesterday or two days ago. I'm going to observe the trend in my temps for the next few days I guess. 🤷♀️ My POAS date will stay around 8/31 or 9/1.

@Kaohinani: Glad you're back and feeling better! And if I somehow managed to get pregnant, I'm still going to lurk and cheerlead the POAS boards. You can't get rid of me that easy

am curious...has anyone experienced incredible indigestion during the 2 week wait? feeling it on and off a lot today.

@Wonderwoman: I can do that for you! . I get gerd like symptoms (and constipation) when my Progesterone is high during the TWW. Usually on my Clomid cycles. My response is probably not all that helpful though. 🤔

Hi ladies, just popping in to give an update. I’m having a chemical pregnancy with this one and am waiting for AF. After seeing spotting a couple of days ago, I tested again and the lines were fainter and this morning, was hardly visible at 13 dpo. I was pretty bummed for about a day when I noticed it, but seeing it this morning gave me some closure oddly. The worst part is waiting for AF to arrive, and generally feeling off due to the hormones. My AF is actually due tomorrow, so it was a swift chemical if anything, which I am grateful for as I was only hopeful a few days at most. Still was tough at first though. Sorry for the bummer news, still rooting for everyone here (Jessie—yay for darker lines).
Anyone here had a chemical? How was AF? Was it delayed? Super painful and heavy?
I’ll be joining you ladies on the Sept board soon! Thanks for the love and support.

@SupernovaJ: I am so, so, so very sorry to read this. . My heart breaks for you. (*sending hugs*)
I have had CP before. For me, my AF was postponed a bit longer. It was heavier than usual and I had pretty massive cramping and a few tiny clots. It took me longer to OV after my CP cycle and I didn't become immediately pregnant the following cycle like so many lucky ladies do. It was very emotional for me at the time.

@SupernovaJ: I'm so sorry! I had a chemical pregnancy in July. My period was a couple days late and a bit heavier than normal, but it was the same length as normal. I ovulated on my regular schedule the next cycle. Take a couple days to be good to yourself. I know it's an emotional and difficult experience.

@Kaohinani: that IS helpful...thank you. I am not taking progesterone or clomid though. Probably just something I ate today...or stress. Had a fight with my hubby. we are fine now though.
Interesting thing happened last night, though it is probably due to all the bloating...a few veins in my chest became more pronounced and bright blue...like a roadmap to my nipples. Those lines have since faded so I am thinking it was due to the bloating.

@SupernovaJ: So sorry about this...We are here for you. Go find a nice treat for yourself (like a big fat piece of chocolate cake and/or a spa, though I prefer AND). Sending love and prayers for you for September.

@SupernovaJ: so sorry to hear about your CP. I had one in June and know how bad it sucks. I started bleeding about a week after my period was originally due. I passed small “dime” sized clots, but otherwise it was like a normal period.
I ovulated in July and had a fairly normal cycle. I just got my BFP again Wednesday and I’m so nervous since my CP. I hope your cycles get back to normal soon. Hugs.

Today’s line is a little darker. Hoping it’s my sticky bean! I had a migraine and was nauseous all day yesterday, so I’m thinking that’s a good sign hormones are rising. FX!

You ladies are so sweet! Reading your messages totally put a smile on my face. It seems chemicals are somewhat common. Waiting around for AF is the worst! I'm supposed to watch "Crazy Rich Asians" tonight at the theater but feeling off (that general oncoming period feeling). Hopefully it won't be too bad.

@Kaohinani: Oh no, that sounds like a rough couple of days! I'm so sorry. The boards were so quiet without you. I hope you're feeling better. I don't get headaches often and when I do, I'm such a baby. Can't imagine migraine levels. Sending love!

@Jessiemuller88: I know it's so, so hard not to be nervous especially with a recent chemical but those are beautiful, clearly progressing lines. Also thanks so much for sharing your story, that is encouraging. Sticky dust!
grapefruit / 4492 posts
So I'm ridiculously optimistic on this one, the open circles on the temp is because I can't stand to have a gap, so I filled something in just to have it . I know it probably doesn't help, but I averaged my temps on that day from previous cycles.
