For a while I've had some pretty intense round ligament pains when I'm lying down to sleep on my side. I've been using a wedge pillow under my bump and usually I can get it to calm done by turning from one side to the other.

Last night, I had very intense, sharp RLPs all night long. I barely slept and just could not get comfortable.

This morning I realized baby had dropped! No wonder there is more pressure down there. Unfortunately, I tried to take a nap and the RLPs are killing me! I don't know how I'm going to sleep if it's like this for the next 4 weeks,

Has anyone had this? Did anything help? I've tried propping so many pillows under my bump but it's just not helping. I'm thinking maybe an ultra strength support band, but I don't think you're supposed to wear those lying down.
