we went to Paris... museums, food, patisseries... loved it.

We went on a cruise with my extended family (it had been planned already). We flew from England to Montreal and then cruised around to Boston and flew back home.
Travel wasn't a big deal, though I did get dehydrated more easily. I was feeling pretty good and it was a nice trip!

We took a trip to Cabo San Lucas early in my 3rd trimester. It was really nice to get away and relax, although it was hard to be in Mexico and not have an alcoholic drink in my hand

We went to Cancun for our babymoon at 28 weeks. It was awesome and I'd highly recommend taking one! We're not resort folks so we stayed at a French B and B run by a gay couple in Tulum. We met the most interesting people and explored the area deeply.

We went to Jamaica earlier in my second trimester, as we wanted a relaxing beach vacation. Would highly recommend going on a baby moon, it was lovely!

We took a two week trip to Rome, Florence, Venice and Paris! Both of us have always wanted to visit Europe and with the surprise pregnancy (we weren't trying but also weren't not trying), we figured it's good time as any since it would be hard to do that trip until LO was much older if we waited. I was nervous that I would be tired or couldn't explore much, but I was a ball if energy! We were on our feet exploring all the different cities for a least ten hours every day and an so glad we went. I was 21 weeks pregnant and my bump was just getting noticeable.

If you do go on a trip with a long flight, I highly recommend compression knee socks. I put them on during the plain rides and it kept my feet from swelling and kept blood from pooling (preggos have higher risk of blood clots I think). I also got up to walk the aisles every 1-1.5 hours and kept very hydrated.

It wasn't an official babymoon, but we did travel to Belgium and Germany for vacation over the Christmas holidays for three weeks. We were out and on our feet for 8-10 hours a day and even took a ten hour overnight train ride from Basel to Berlin. The only issue I had with travelling while pregnant was that I needed to pee every hour!

We just got back from ours last night. We wants to Jamaica and it was wonderful!! I am 24 weeks. It was so relaxing and amazing.

Ooooh...that sounds so fun! I will have to make my husband take me on one when I'm pregnant! lol

we went to vegas - only because he had a course there so we made it into a mini-vacation. i would LOVE to go on a beach and just relax.

@ALittleP: we LOVED playa del carmen, mexico. it's like half an hour from cancun? not sure how far it is from sayulita.

never been to kauai, but we loved maui.

@ALittleP: I've been to Cabo several times and I have to say my absolute favorite place to stay is Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach. It's in a great location, with absolutely BEAUTIFUL grounds and it's right on the west coast. They treat each person like royalty there and it was really nice to be spoiled. (The last place we stayed was Hacienda Encantada, and it was too far from town - everything was at least a 20 minute cab ride away)

There are only two downsides...
1. You can't swim in the ocean there (because of the current), but there are quite a few pools that you can go to.
2. I don't believe they have an all-inclusive option.

JEALOUS of all these fantastic babymoons!

Hubs and I are going to Solvang (a little Danish tourist town near where the movie "Sideways" was filmed) for our anniversary, which will probably be our last pre-baby trip together. I won't even be able to go wine tasting! WAH
