they never typed LO's. we asked at the hospital and really wanted to know, but they told us it wasnt standard protocol to test for blood type and we didnt really need to know. we argued with them that in the event of an emergency we would want to know, but in the end they said insurance would probably not cover it because it wasnt a necessary test, so we just dropped it. still irks me that they wouldnt do it!

My son shares my husband's blood type and my daughter shares mine. I stopped by the hospital and had them pull their files to find out.
