My lo's eyelids are puffy after taking baby ibuprofren. Is this fairly typical OR is this a sign of an allergy?

It could be a reaction to the medication. I personally cannot take Excedrine because the same thing happens to me. Are you giving the medication to bring down a fever? Could you switch to baby Tylenol?

No not typical - I would call the ped

Call the peds. Your LO may need Benedryl to bring that down. LO took one med and it didn't help the problem. After meeting with our regular peds, we did a round of Benedryl to it clearing up right away.
