What can I do to help him feel better?

nosefrida and saline drops!

Nose Frida, saline drops, hot steamy room. C hates the nose frida so I try not to do it too often if I can help it. Today I brought her rock and play into the bathroom while I showered and that helped a little for both of us- we both have colds

Boo! Poor B. He's not old enough yet to drink water, is he? Just to get more fluids in him. I use a Vicks Waterless Vaporizer at night in W's room. He has a bad cold right now, too. Next time I'm going to use Boogie Wipes. I thought they were a waste of money, but his nose and face are so roughed up from us wiping his nose with tissues and cloths. I hope he feels better!

@Katrocap: He is 4 months, so I guess he can have water? We haven't tried it yet though. We do have Boogie Wipes. I'll give them a try.

@rahlyrah: I did it maybe 2-3x a day, depending how congested he was, usually before nursing and before sleep. You can use the saline drops continuously, they loosen things up so he might be able to sneeze some of it out.

@rahlyrah: Hope your LO feels better soon! I always did the NoseFrida after a bath . . . it helped to loosen everything up before bed.

Poor B. C had a little cold a few weeks ago, and I brought him in the bathroom for all my showers, used saline drops, and had a humidifier in his room.
