Did you?
What type of carrier? (and what type of carry if applicable!)
Up to how far along with #2?

I did not even try. DS was just over 2 when I got pregnant and now that I'm 26 weeks and he weighs over 30lbs, there is no way it could work for us.

I used an Ergo up to 12 weeks. It didn't feel very comfortable for me.

Ergo with my 20 month 25 pounder, I can back carry at 15 weeks for a decent length of time. I of course get tired a lot faster these days.

I wear E in a carrier on my back ALL the time. It's an infantino carrier. I've also carried him in the Ergo on my back. Andddd I've worn him in a regular sling on my hip a few times too. I still wear him pretty comfortably. He's 25 pounds and I'm 30 weeks pregnant. Definitely doable

Until I ruptured a disc in my back (at 20 weeks) I did, if istartfeeling better I plan to continue to wear DS (17 months, 25 pounds) throughout this pregnancy. Either in a high back carry in a mei tai or woven wrap or a hip carry in my ring sling.

I tried to hip carry DS in my Beco while I was pregnant with DD(he was about 10-11 months old when I tried. I was about 4-5 months pregnant), but my back was unbearably sore so it wasn't comfortable for me.

I back-carried in the Ergo until I was 20 weeks pregnant. That's when I started showing.

lol, that's not what this thread is supposed to be about
Still nervous, so quietly and cautiously letting time pass, but had a legit question so I busted myself, lol.
I have been back carrying her (pretty much everyday for at least one walk) in the Beco and was thinking today, hmmmm.....how long can I do this!
So....@autumnlove: @lemondrop: @Running Elley: does the Ergo have a hip/waist strap that goes around? I realize I didn't " @ " everyone that mentioned they had an Ergo, but I figure one of you will get back to me. The Beco I have has the waist/belly strap and I guess that's my concern with how much pressure I can put on it or how tight I can get it up to still work? Feels like it won't work once showing? I don't own a wrap to this point and the slings I have are useless at this point and I know they're not comfortable to do the walking I do in them!

@Beebug: So thrilled for you!!!! After all that IUD drama, you deserve to have the easiest, smoothest pregnancy ever! Congrats!!!
As for baby wearing, I am 20 weeks and still carrying my 22 lbs, almost 15 month old in a front carry with the Ergo. I'm not really showing much yet so it's been fairly easy, and despite some tailbone pain plaguing me for the past several weeks, the Ergo hasn't exacerbated it.
