I don't have advice on what kind of wrap to use, but I wore the boys a lot when they were tiny guys still. It definitely helped to have even one in a wrap to free up hands! Hope you find someone who can give you specific answers, but I would definitely encourage you to try it!

There's a babywearing group for multiples on Facebook, I'm not sure of the exact name though. They could probably give you some great tips on what kind of wrap to buy. I think if it was me I'd start off with a stretchy wrap like a moby and then see if I wanted to graduate to a woven.

I only ever wrap one at a time, but babywearing is awesome for twins! Especially when they were little, DH and I would each wear one everywhere we went. So much easier than lugging two car seats, pushing a huge double stroller, etc. I've tried tandem wrapping my twins recently but they are too big and wild now at nearly 9 months. I want to try wearing one on my back in Ergo with the other wrapped on my front, but honestly I'm not sure when I'd find that useful or convenient. I mostly go places with DH and we each take one.

I remember seeing a photo of Trailmix wearing one on front and one on back in the subway, pretty SuperMom if you ask me!
