My biggest struggle is meeting both kids sleep needs during the day. Chloe is three and usually doesn't nap, even though I think she still needs to. Her cranky level says she does!

Charlotte is 11 weeks and my biggest struggle is getting Chloe to settle down/quiet down enough to let Charlotte drift to sleep.

I was inspired to post this today because Chloe is home sick. I had just nursed Charlotte and she was drifting off for her first nap when Chloe decided it would be a great time to play her flute after I'd already told her not to. So she went and got her drum set instead.

How do you parent both kids while getting the infsnt to sleep? It's not like I can be in another room and let my three year old be alone! But, at the same time, she refuses to play quietly and won't sit and read with me, or play something quietly with me.

Once Charlotte is asleep isn't the problem. It's *getting* the poor kid to sleep!
