Hi ladies! I'm hoping somebody has experience with this. I love my barre classes, but for those of you who are familiar, there is quite a bit of an and core work, that's hard even without pregnancy!
I'm still really early, and obviously way too early to switch to the prenatal barre class, but I worry that the ab work in the regular class might be harmful?
Has anyone done barre in the first trimester?
