Alright, this is getting ridiculous. My belly is covered in blonde fur. And it is like almost an inch long. I took a picture, but I'm too mortified to post it. Anyone else feeling sassy with their new belly mane?

@blackbird: Ha that's true! But not all of it is blonde. Some of it is darker!

@MrsBrewer: Probably. I just worry about having stubble. At least this hair is still soft/mostly unnoticeable. I haven't used Nair in ages...does it grow back stubbly or soft?

@highwire: No idea!! I haven't used it since I was in high school! I think it would come back fine though. I mean if the hair right now is fine, I think that it would grow back the same as it is now. Try it on a small patch like on your side before you slather it on your whole belly though!

Oh good, I'm not the only one!!! Hubs just pointed out over the weekend that I have a hairy belly! But mine is dark, like all my hair! So embarrassing!

2.5 months pp, and it is finally going away!
And... my linea nigra is fading, too ( along with the longer dark hairs that were there).

I’ve been steadily growing blonde hair on mine too! I shave it! If I didn’t I’m sure that it would be super long! It always grows right back.

right there with ya sister. I dont shave it for fear it will grow in worse and because i have read it all falls out post partum anyway. it does suck though. heheh

I had a ton of hair on my belly, a mix of blonde and dark. But I hardly ever had to shave my legs or underarms. Its like it stopped growing there and all went to my belly
I'm now 4.5 months pp and the hair on my belly is gone but I still don't have to shave every day like I did before I was pg.

Yeah I agree with @pastemoo: nair isnt to be used while pregnant especially not on your belly. I would either shave it or leave it alone. after a while I couldnt even see the hairs on my belly so it was easy to ignore until after the birth

Lady, I've had a (blonde) hairy belly for years thanks to PCOS. I shave it. Smooth looks better than fluffy. And it takes two seconds in the shower.

Thank you! I was just saying to DH the past few weeks that it looks like my stomach is growing some crazy blond hair as i don't remember it being there before. He kept telling me that I was crazy.

While pregnant my legs stay totally smooth and my belly and other torso areas get covered in fine hairs! So weird!!

I Naired mine with the sugar wax (that you stick in the microwave) not the cream....it didn't hurt because my stomach is so taut at this point.....There's no way in hell i'm letting people see this fuzzy belly that's going on. Bad enough my linea negra is super dark. Handle it, girl! Pretend it was never there:)

I feel you! I don't have a lot of hair in my belly but up until last month my leg hair was growing like weed! I had to shave every morning and at night I could feel it!! Luckily now is slowly going back to normal - awesome pregnancy hormones huh?

It goes away after pregnancy! If you can wait, it will go away.

Mine isn't very long, but it's dark. I notice it and mess with it, but DH only can see it if he looks up close (and he thinks it's gross haha.) Oh the joys of pregnancy

I'm 16 weeks and just started to notice this too. I always had a bit of light fuzz but now it's thicker and long. At least it's blonde.

Lol got it here too. And when I flip my belly panel down it sticks straight out from static. Classy!

I'm totally covered in fuzzies. True story, I started tweezing some of the long ones the other day while waiting in my car for something. Um, way to be classy, self.

@TheFixIts: Haha! Classier than photographing it, that's for sure. I really hope no one ever goes through the pictures on my phone...
