I keep saying I'm going to do the 30 day shred but just haven't been able to work up the motivation. We've been going out every day since it's summer, and the heat and humidity are draining me.
But none of my shorts fit and it's either buy a bunch of new shorts, or get working on this belly. I've never had much success losing belly fat. I've always had a pooch even pre-kids and couldn't lose it no matter how hard I worked out.
Of course now post 2 kids it's worse than ever. What are the best workouts to tighten up my abs? They are so sad! I saw a woman today wearing a bra top, and she had a 6 pack. Maybe I would wear a crop top too if I had abs like hers!
