Worst: Nausea/Morning Sickness (I'm weak, I can't hang)
Best: Baby kicks!!!! This will never get old

Worst: Never got MS, so it's a tie between insomnia and this 3rd tri swelling! I can't make a fist!

Hard to choose a 'worst' for me... I'd probably say the heartburn and acid reflux, I woke up a few times choking on stomach acid. I also had bloody noses, and my chest broke out in a rash the last trimester. No morning sickness though!
Best of course is feeling baby move. So amazing.

worst: nausea, peeing when sneezing/coughing.
best: beautiful thick hair that doesn't fall out. baby kicks are ok too

Best: I'm totally going to go TMI here but sex during pregnancy is the best!

@SleepyMonkey: Oh yeah, the peeing when sneezing or coughing is also one of my least favorite things about pregnancy. Ugh!

Only 16 weeks but so far...
Worst: CONSTIPATION!
Best: Clearer skin!
