What do you use?
I used priceline to book my car rental when I was in Boston in May. Got a pretty good deal at $30 a day.
We are going to Philadelphia in June and I'm not finding deals as good as our Boston trip.
Anyone try hotwire?

Do you try the name your own price on Priceline? It is my go-to. I find that scheduling way in advance (not always possible) definitely helps on the price.

@Espion: I have never tried name your own price. Makes me nervous picking my own price.
Oh, the trip is 11 days away so it's not going to be in advance. Haha.
Hotwire offers a deal for $30 a day but they get to choose which company. So that makes me a little nervous, too.
Maybe I'll try the name your own price and if they decline, I'll go with hotwire.

We just used Hotwire to rent a car! It was SO much cheaper and it ended up being with Alamo. I don't really have a company preference or anything, so I didn't care.
ETA: we haven't actually used it yet, our trip is in June!

I usually use discount codes found on flyer talk or rental car momma and book direct.
What are your dates in June?
