At 6 weeks, I'm in the stage where I feel perpetually hung over. I know it can, and probably will, get much worse, but right now I'm ok and as long as I eat, I only feel a little bit nauseous. The problem is, a lot of food turns my stomach. I'd like to eat as healthy and varied a diet now while I can, since I fully expect to be stuck with pure carbs pretty soon.

So any advice on easy foods that have some nutritional benefit and aren't likely to turn my stomach? Especially easy lunch options. So far, meatball subs, egg sandwich, and ginger ale are tasty but not super healthy. What did you live on in the first trimester?
