I quit 30 day shred for the same reason. I like Bar Method and Barre3. They have a bunch of different DVDs at various levels. Low impact but you really see results if you stick with it.

I'm a fan of the 21 Day Fix DVDs, I feel good afterwards and only 30 minutes and I've seen results.
