Y'all, I am exhaustamundo! By 2 p.m., I am so tired I would give alll four limbs for some caffiene and a nap. I can't take car naps at lunch because (1) today was a 106 degrees and I would die, and (2) we have a small parking lot and everyone would be suspicious.

So, what worked for you in combating pregnancy fatigue? Extra B vitamins, certain foods, a certain amount of sleep, working out? Is there anything that will put a dent in the exhaustion?
