Thanks all. I'm not stressed. I think it is pretty obvious that it all passed naturally and I am totally ready to move on. I just want to be KU, like NOW!

@NurseDMB: I'm glad your hcg is levelled out. We started again after I got a period. So I guess one month rest?
@MaryM: I'd be keen, but it'd have to be fairly soon, since I'm in Aus & it would need international shipping!!
@travellingbee: I hear you on that! This has been the longest time of my life, watching everyone else go on with their pregnancies/get pregnant after me.
Hubby & I are still talking about getting away sometime next year... I'm thinking Fiji. Just our little family, my daughter's first vacation ever.

@jaguar: Fiji sounds fabulous! My mom and I have been talking about going to Ireland for more than a year now (I have family there and haven't been since 1999). We're hoping to go in May as long as DH and I can still afford it (we also want to move next year).
I went ahead and created a gift exchange. Jaguar, you've been invited (I built it off the last one, so was able to send an invite easy). I figure even if there are three of us, it could still be fun
Anyone who wants to sign up is welcome. Just go to http://www.elfster.com/exchange/view/14165382/0b1af3/.

I get my final blood draw results- I'm back to zero. Going to have a hysteroscopy tomorrow and follicle ultrasound. Hoping she'll say we can move on now!

@travellingbee: Good luck chick! xx
CD10 here and feeling weird twinges, not sure what's going on. I'm nowhere near O-ing yet - if at all - so just odd. I wonder if it's a side effect from the last IVF retrieval.

@jaguar: That's weird - I swear I notice more things about my body since ttc and the mc than I ever wanted to notice. I'm hyperaware of everything! Hope everything is alright!

So this is TMI but I have a question.....
Did AF change after your miscarriage?
Prior I had maybe one medium day and then 3 light days and it was over, pretty much every cycle. Now I'm on my second AF after the m/c and they have both been super heavy. I sort of expected that with the first one but now this is the same. I'm on day 3 of what I consider pretty heavy bleeding. I'm just wondering if I should get used to a new normal
The Dr put me on progestin only pills and told me they would make my periods lighter but that doesn't seem to be happening!
ETA: I'm not concerned that anything is wrong or worried that I should call my Dr. Just wondering if other ladies AF changed too
pomelo / 5129 posts
@HappyBluebird: I've read it's normal for AF to change. I had the opposite happen.
I was expecting it to be heavier than usual (and I used to have it super heavy) but the first few after the MC were super light. They've since evened out and are more what I would call "normal"...but for a few months it was like my hormones were all over the place.
@travellingbee: Good luck!!
pomelo / 5791 posts
@HappyBluebird: Mine was different. I'm not sure if I could say it was heavier or anything, but it was definitely (TMI) more clotty and I had WAY more cramps than usual. It got slightly better each time with the AF's after that.

@MaryM: @ValentineMommy: Thanks!
@ValentineMommy: Mine is just like that! Hopefully it slowly gets better, though I don't think its too bad compared to other peoples horror stories about AF so I can't complain!

Hysteroscopy went great! She said my uterus looks perfect and I'm about 3 days from ovulation so that we should "Get to it!"
pomelo / 5791 posts
@HappyBluebird: I seriously cried at the passing of some of the clots during my first af post mc. I called my doctor about it and they told me that was not unexpected and it would get better....and it did. The cramps lessened to what I had before, as well. I hope yours gets better soon!!
@travellingbee: YAAAAAAAAAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@travellingbee: yay!!!
I'm at the eye doctor. So weird to see a doctor with my pants on!

@MaryM: Same here, my AF was really, really light after both losses.
@travellingbee: This is incredible news!
@HappyBluebird: You must be getting really close to TTC again, right?
@FliegepilzHut: When is your POAS date? It must be coming up soon.
pomegranate / 3533 posts
@travellingbee: That's wonderful!
@simplyfelicity: Probably 12/7 (before my beta Monday)! Thanks for thinking of me!
pomegranate / 3764 posts
@ValentineMommy: I think it must be leftover ovarian pain from the IVF. Who knows, really.
@HappyBluebird: After the miscarriage, they were REALLY heavy first time around. Then light the next two. It's crazy!
@travellingbee: Wonderful news hon! x
@FliegepilzHut: Not long now!!! Are you feeling any crazy symptoms?
clementine / 957 posts
@travellingbee: Woo-hoo!
@simplyfelicity: we can ttc again in Mid February hopefully. My wait started mid November. I still have to discuss with my Dr the 3 month wait instead of 6 months
@FliegepilzHut: fingers crossed!

We've been using protection because I took misoprotol Nov 8-10 and you're not supposed to get pregnant for a month afterward.... but I find myself everyday wishing that the condom will fail! ugh! What a weird feeling after adamantly trying to avoid pregnancy for 4 years, and spending age 0-21 saying I didn't want biological kids! Fingers crossed that AF will come back soon that we can have Christmas miracles.
pomegranate / 3533 posts
@jaguar: Nope...no crazy symptoms. Of course, I don't have much in the way of symptoms even with betas in the >10K range, so that doesn't seem to be a great indicator for me. Still hopeful, but realistic...and did I mention hopeful?
@HappyBluebird: Thank you! I'd love it if this were the one! Hopefully the time will pass very quickly for you!
@DesertDreams88: Darned irony... Hang in there!

@FliegepilzHut: I'm hopeful for you too! I reckon you're up the duff.

You guys.. I’m CD12 and so impatient. I just want this cycle to be over, so I can move on to working towards a FET. No signs of O yet, so I really hope the Letrozole works.

Blah. I feel like this sadness comes in waves. I cried for the first day I was miscarrying then it was like I felt totally fine emotionally. I think because I felt relief just to know it was over instead of being in limbo. But then whenever I hear pregnancy announcements from friends and family, I feel happy for them but sad for me. I feel selfish for feeling that way. And I know miscarriage is common but it doesn't feel that way when the majority of people I know get pregnant and have healthy pregnancies.
clementine / 957 posts
@NurseDMB: I'm sorry I still get upset when people announce pregnancies. It seems like all commercials I see are baby/pregnancy related. Maybe they've always been like that but I just notice now more. When I'm having a bad day, it sucks!
Hope you are feeling happier soon!
pomegranate / 3764 posts
@NurseDMB: I know that feeling - it's a horrible one. I'm sorry you're going through it too. Breaks my heart.
Still a low on the fertility monitor.
I'm thinking of using the trigger shot with this cycle, when things get going... just to ensure I ovulate and do it properly. We'll see.

@FliegepilzHut: any news?
Eta:nevermind I went to the main list of posts and saw yours, Congrats!!! Sending lots of good thoughts your way!

CD15 and still low here. This year has been so shit, I guess I couldn't expect to actually ovulate and have a quick cycle before FET.... of course not.

It's been quiet in here lately, how is everyone doing? Anyone have any exciting holiday plans?
pomelo / 5791 posts
@HappyBluebird: I was wondering the same thing! It's been really quiet - I hope that's a good sign that everyone is doing well!!!
Holidays as usual for us. Christmas with my parents. Nothing new!
