My thought is that people live all over the world that have that high of temperature and do manual labor during the TWW and pregnancy. I'd recommend reading expecting better- it helped give some global perspective on American culture and pregnancy.
That said you could ask your dr.

Eh, I was on vacation during my TWW and I drank, ate whatever in Mexico, sat in hot tubs, etc....
