I'm getting this tight feeling like 3 inches below my belly button. It's happened like 4 times today. I'm only 19 weeks along so it's kind of scary. Did anyone experience braxton hicks contractions this early?

I'm only 9 weeks so I don't know but that sounds early to me. I would call your doc for peace of mind.

I haven't as I'm a couple weeks behind you, but that is so scary! If you haven't called your doctor I would for sure to make sure they really are BH and not something else. Have you had your A/S yet?

I started getting them at 16 weeks (second pregnancy). Even though I was pretty sure they were BH, I called my dr who had me come in and get checked (to be on the safe side). I'd suggest calling your doc's office and at least run it by the nurses but it is very possible.
Also, drink TONS of water (helped reduce mine).

I second all the pps advice to call your OB just to make sure everything is okay. I am 21 weeks, and I occasionally get a tight feeling in my belly, but have not yet had any in succession.

I don't remember.. I think might have started feeling them as early as 20 weeks. I would call your OB just to make sure all is well.

I'm 26 weeks and I feel tightness in my belly once in a while but nothing like the BH I got at around 34 weeks with my first. Yes, I second the recommendation to call the OB juuuust in case.
