Anyone have an awesome tried and true breakfast bake recipe of some kind that I can assemble tonight and pop in the oven tomorrow AM?

My mom does baked baguette french toast and it is always a huge hit. She puts it together the night before.

If you are looking for less healthy, my friend made an amazing French toast casserole that you assemble the night before and bake in the morning. But I think it's like, pretty unhealthy.

Sweet or savory, or both?
My favorite sweet bake is a french bread praline bake:

My favorite savory bake is a spin on bacon, eggs and hash browns. No recipe, I just layer the stuff in a baking dish and then pour over eggs beaten with milk.
Oh, or breakfast pizza, with scrambled eggs.

sweet or savoury? My mom does one for Christmas with challah or raisin bread cut up in chunks with eggs, maple syrup and cream cheese. Prepare the night before and pop in the oven in the morning.

My mom just cubes up the cream cheese and doesn't beat with the extra sugar, and she uses whatever milk she has (usually 1%).

I love doing a savory egg bake. It's SO easy and delish!
Shredded hash brown potatoes on bottom (I usually bake those a little first with some butter pats on top)
Then mix eggs/egg whites, veggies, cheese whatever you have, mix it - pour it on top of potatoes and add some cheese on top and bake! Yum. I'm making that this weekend.

Fave combo; sausage, feta, tomatoes spinach or a little basil, scallions!
