Two Saturdays ago, I got my entire face waxed to remove peach fuzz. Then a few days later, I let a friend put MAC make up on me. I wore it for a full 24 hours because it was stunninhg. A couple days ago I started noticing pink bumps on my cheeks, chin, and under my chin. AF arrived yesterday.

I wonder what caused the bumps. I have not had a bad reaction to wax before. That much make up is quite unusual for me. I usually have one pretty good bump during each cycle.

For treatment I'm cleansingn with Cetaphil and putting Tea Tree Oil directly on the skin. These are pizza face type bumps, but do not appear to have much ooze or any at all. Any ideas on the cause or how to clear it up?
