I love brunch parties! Maybe a selection of pastries or bagels & cream cheese would be a nice complement to the other items you're providing. Possibly a juice/mimosa bar for the adults?

@shortiecake: @blackbird: I'm GF so that is probably why the carbs didn't occur to me
maybe some Costco muffins!

@blackbird: the party includes both sides of our HUGE families so I'm going for easy. Maybe Costco has premade cinnamon rolls?

We did a brunch baby shower and had an omelette station. That was a hit! Someone has to "work" the station though.

@MrsH: Costco has premade danishes with cheese and fruit filling. They also have muffins, those pre-packaged cheese and fruit horns, frozen waffles, frozen pancakes, etc.
I'd also say bagels and cream cheese and smoked salmon! We got all of that from Costco (and Costco has the best prices for smoke salmon).

@MrsH: omg they probably do. You definirely don't have to do them from scratch. Pillsbury sells them in cans and I bet Costco has them!

Hash browns! Breakfast potatoes are my favorite part of brunch. And I second a bagel/cream cheese/lox spread

I love brunch! We had brunch for our wedding
This was the menu, if I can remember:
- Fruit skewers
- Cinnamon roll "pops" (mini cinnamon rolls on the end of a skewer)
- French toast casserole
- Hash browns
- Egg, sausage & cheese casserole
- Bacon wrapped chicken bites
- Cheese & crackers
- Spring salad with strawberries & walnuts
We also had a smoothie bar (you would need someone to man that though), coffee & tea, and juices.
