I'm having a horrible time with Bugaboo customer service. If you have experience buying spare parts with a retailer (not directly from Bugaboo), or know someone at the company who might be helpful, I'd REALLY appreciate your input.

The clip broke off the waist portion of the stroller seatbelt this morning when my 21 month old strained against the straps. I've been going back and forth with Bugaboo all day and have basically come to the conclusion that the seatbelt of my stroller is irreplaceable in the US. Basically, the rep I'm speaking to insists that I have to buy a new seat fabric to get the part ($80); however, the website CLEARLY states that the waistbelt portion I need is not included in the seat fabric set. The waistbelt is sold on it's own for 10 pounds in the UK, but not at all in the US.

So really, what they're telling me is I either buy a new stroller from them, or just do without the seatbelt?!?! I've checked eBay for the part, but no luck.
