Over the past couple of days, I've developed a bumpy red rash all over my abdomen, google image search makes me think it is the start of PUPPS, but I'm only 20 weeks and that seems to start later so hopefully not.
Any tips for how to keep it from getting worse? I've been using a mix of almond and avocado oil a couple of times a day since the start of second tri to help with itchiness from stretching, but I'm not sure that's the most effective.
You're right, I should probably call, I've been avoiding it because it's one of our craziest weeks at work, but best to be safe. I'm also going to really watch what I eat, because I've had some skin reactions from food allergies before and I wonder if that skin could just be extra sensitive to it.
