Yes, you sure can! I've done it with a big kid on my back. If you're wrapping you just choose carries that are comfortable for all parties involved (including the one that's on the inside) and that respect your belly. I've also used a ring sling. Not so sure about mei teis/other carriers (not so much because of safety, but more because I'm less familiar with how they go on and versatility to know if they would be accomodating enough or be comfortable).

I carried my nearly 2 year old in the Ergo for a bit, but I have a bad back and since I couldn't take ibuprofen I stopped. I think back carries are most common during pregnancy.

I would love to know how to carry in an ergo. Im pretty puffy and carrying DS is already uncomfortable. I love the ergo too!!

Sure, so long as you're comfortable. I wore my sister's new baby when I was about 6 months pregnant, in an ergo. They mostly just kicked each other, same as now.
