DH wants to start jogging again and we have a City Mini. Can he jog with that or would you recommend a Bob? It would be part of his Christmas gift.

the city mini wheels are small and its not really a jogging stroller. You could probably jog with it but the wheels will be pretty much ground down a little faster. I would buy a jogging stroller.

Bob, the mini isn't made for jogging. Kinda lame for a stroller made by Baby Jogger.

We have the mini (and love it!), but I almost want to get a BOB, for exercising. Our living situation is likely changing once LO is big enough for a stroller w/out the car seat adapter. We initially got the mini over the BOB because we currently live in an upstairs unit without a garage, and I'm a midget. If you can swing it, the BOB is a great choice.

Get the BOB. We love our City Mini, but it isn't supportive enough for LO to run with it.

Get the BOB. My good friend has jogged with her City Mini and it is tough. We once switched in the middle of a run, she took my BOB and I took her City Mini, and it sucked. She could do it, but it was very hard. The most she could do was about 3 miles, which is saying alot because she is a long distance runner.

If you had the City Mini GT, you might be able to do some casual, short jogs with it (the wheels are bigger and cushier than the regular City Mini). But I think Baby Jogger says right on its website that the City line of strollers aren't meant for jogging, so it's probably best to get a dedicated jogging stroller.

I wouldn't, I love the city mini for, well, city use but it's not great on any kind of bumpiness (like uneven sidewalk) - I wouldn't want to hit that at speed.
