Alright CD mamas, another question for you!
If you use a step trash can to store dirty diapers, which one do you use, and how big is the one that you use?
Or, if you have a method you love, please share!
I'm thinking of doing a step can with a Planet Wise liner.
Thoughts?

We used a laundry basket with a giant wet bag in it. I didn't want diaps to get stinky and you are doing laundry so often that they dont have a chance to smell.

Simple Human step can with a lid. It is white and I bought it at Bed, Bath and Beyond with a coupon.

I have a round stainless Simple Human trash can, bought at BBB with a coupon. Not sure of the exact specs, but it looks like its the same size as @Autumnlove

We have a similar set up to jacks. A plastic tub with a big zip wetbag. It's great, easy to travel with the same pieces, and a nice place to throw any wet/dirty clothes in a pinch too (in the tub alongside the bag). Our changing stations are on the floor so a step can would't work for us.

I've read that having no air makes them stickier. We use an open can with planet wise liner and wash every other or every two days and it works for us! EBF poo didn't smell and solids poo rolls off I to the toilet. We had a week or two of gross transitional poo but used bac out and were fine

@MerryC: our bags had a big stretchy drawstring on top. I think the brand was blueberry?

We have a Simple Human step on can like @autumnlove:, but the rectangular 45 L one, which is slightly larger (I liked the shape in the space better). We LOVE it!! Got it at BBB with a coupon. We also use a planet wise liner and it fits right in.
