I'm working on my Christmas gifts for friends. I pick one gift and I do it for everyone. Last year, it was painted platters. This year I'm etching glass with some super duper etching creme (that kind of freaks me out) and then baking cinnamon rolls in them.
If I'm really good, I'll make a casserole holder to go with it, but I'm thinking it's just going to be the pans and the cinnamon rolls.
What do you do?

I only do gifts for my closest 2-3 friends, so I get unique presents for everyone

We only give gifts to one other couple that's a friend. All our other friends have babies so we give the kiddos gifts instead.

We don't do gifts for friends. But I always make some white trash snack mix and chocolate covered pretzels for them since they all love it.

We only do gifts for friends children. We used to, but it got so expensive. One year I did a photobook of pictures that I had of them. Those were really neat.

Very cute! I buy personal gifts but only for three very close friends. One year I actually went to an antique mall and got gifts for them and one other girl and my stepmom... I didn't tell them the gifts were not new 
but they were beautiful and personal to them and I thought more unique than anything I could buy in a regular store.
