With one holiday (Halloween) down, I only have one more holiday (Thanksgiving) to go before I can listen to Christmas music! I make myself wait until after Thanksgiving dinner before I turn it on. Then it is on 24/7 and I drive my husband nuts.
When do you start listening to holiday music?

haha I generally follow the same rule. There are some Christmas songs I love that I will listen to at any time though. love Christmas music!

I am reallllllllly trying to wait until after thanksgiving, but I don't think I can make it. To me, November starts the holiday season!!

That use to be my rule, but now that DD is starting to get into holidays and decorations, I want to start Christmas as soon as we put Halloween away (so obviously Christmas music!!!). But I don't want to look like too much of a lunatic, so we will try and make it to the weekend before Thanksgiving.....

I start in December. Local radio stations start playing Christmas music the day after Thanksgiving.

I can get away with it Thanksgiving morning. I have to admit, though, that I have been listening to some of my Christmas music already when DH isn't home... if I'm feeling down or tired it makes me feel better! I am justifying it by the fact that my baby is due the day after Christmas - she must like Christmas music, right?!

I think any time after Halloween is fair game for Christmas music and decorations! I think one of our stations will switch to holiday music in the next couple of weeks and I'm so excited!

I insanely love Christmas music. I just listened to a Christmas music station on Pandora (on headphones) two days ago! But I try not to play it around the house until after Thanksgiving. I think DH would go insane if I started any earlier.

I go all Christmas music, all the time on December 1. Any earlier and DH would go crazy. Actually, he already goes crazy with me starting on December 1!

Um.... my Christmas Pandora station is on at work RIGHT NOW. And has been for.... a while. I'm out of control.
But I won't put it on at home until I'm home on maternity leave (Due Nov 25th). It would make my husband crazy. He's already mad enough that I've started burning the christmas scented candles!

I'm so excited for Christmas! I really want to buy Scotty McCreery's new Christmas album but I'm trying to wait until Thanksgiving (at least!).
