Christmas Eve will just be the three of us - we're preparing for Xmas Day and will then have dinner out and see the lights.
Xmas Day my parents and my husband's family will come to us.

We do Christmas morning at home, and always have even before kids. We get up early, do presents/stockings, breakfast and coffee, and just hang out.
Then we will go to my moms house to eat dinner (at lunchtime) around noon or 1. The time is decided based on when my nephew needs to go to his dad's house later in the afternoon (first half of the day is spent with our side of the family).
My inlaws moved to Florida (14 hours away) so we don't have to coordinate anything with them.

My dad died four days before Christmas last year so I knew we couldn't do our usual Christmas at my parents. He died in the room we usually do presents in. So my mom sister and nephew came to my in laws last year. It was awkward and sad.
This year will be sad too, but my mom and sister are very set in their ways and not open to doing Christmas any other way.

12/24 - Make cookies and hangout at home during the day. Dinner/Presents/Party at my parents (about 20 people).

12/25 - Church, then champagne brunch buffet and gambling at a casino (I know), then I will cook for just us that night.
