Let's talk about the pros and cons, especially when using it as double.
Do you have to take the second seat off in order to fold it?
How does it maneuver? Is it heavy?
To use it with a car seat, do you have to take the car seat adapter off to fold it?

@Rainbow Sprinkles: We have the city select. It is not the most maneuverable, but I liked all the conversions. You can fold with the car seat adaptor.

I test drove it with my 5 week and 17 month old LOs. You have to remove the second seat when you fold it up and the stroller is pretty heavy. I loved all the different configurations but it was too hard to maneuver.

Is this new? I thought there was a City Mini... and then a City Select? I'm not aware of a City Mini Select.

In that case I agree with @autumnlove:. I loved the configuration options for the City Select. But I found it to be very heavy, and really awkward to fold. If I were having two LO's REALLY close together I probably would have dealt with those issues. But we ended up going with the Vista. I expect my LO will be old enough to want to ride the kickboard most of the time and only use the second seat when she needs to snooze (so being tucked under her brother/sister won't be an issue).

@autumnlove: I think needing to remove the second seat in order to fold is a deal breaker for me. I can't imagine being in a parking lot with a busy toddler, a baby, a diaper bag, scrounging for my keys, and then having to remove a seat off the stroller before I can even fold it and get it in my car.

@MamaMoose: My LOs will be 19 months apart and I was at first considering the B-Ready. But honestly, I am worried that she won't like to be tucked under the baby in the bottom seat. She will want a better view! So then I started looking at the City Select since the seats are more "stadium seating" and the older child can still have a good view.
But....hearing that I have to remove the second seat to fold it makes me want to get the Mountain Buggy Duet.
Why do I feel like this is the hardest decision I have ever made in my life?

My sister has it with her twins and doesn't remove the second seat to fold it up. It takes up a fair amount of room in the back of their mini van, but she found it much more convenient to not take it off.

We've just bought it and we really like it. We've currently got the car seat adaptor attached and it's folded down all ready for our LO to arrive. We haven't found it overly difficult to get up and down and it actually seems more compact than some of our friends' strollers. Will have to wait four months to give you more definitive feedback.

@Rainbow Sprinkles: Why not put the baby on the bottom of the b-ready? You need an adapter for it, but it might be the best solution.

We have this stroller and can fold it up with the car seat adaptor. It is slightly heavy and not the easiest thing to fold up, but I love the way it drives. Really smooth!

our LO's are 16 months apart and I've been using it since LO#2 was born a month ago -- i really like it so far! We got it used for a great price, so that factors into my 'it was worth it' feeling i think....
we have a tiny civic coupe and so i take off the second seat to store in the trunk, but leave on the carseat adapter. now that i have the hang of it, i don't find it too time consuming or cumbersome, but certainly a bit slower than when i just had the city mini with one LO.
i think it drives pretty smoothly and I don't have any problems with it, but it is heavy-ish with my now 17 month old (tall and chubby!) toddler in the front seat.
overall i'm really happy with it, but if i were you i'd definitely consider the duet as well! it looks awesome.

i have twin girls and there is no way i could have managed without this stroller. i am 5 feet and 105+ pounds and I don't think this is that heavy for all that it offers. I found some other double stroller to be much heavier and more difficult to maneuver.
we also live in Seattle and now that the girls are in toddler chairs it does take a little bit more time to put them in take them out set up the stroller and break it down however i think you have to find your groove [routine] and it'll work great.
we have the Maclaren Twin Techno stroller and I prefer taking this stroller out while running errands vs that stroller!
my only con - it is not air travel friendly. so we got the Maclaren for travel!

I really want this one for the configurations! I've heard it's hard to maneuver but I think lots of doubles are. Also, FWIW, we have the orbit now and I always have to take the seat off to fold it and I don't think it's a big deal/hassle. Really doesn't take much time.

@filly: @mrs.shinerbock: This is the stroller that I'm thinking of getting for my twins. Good to know that twin mommas are using this stroller.
There's currently a Target gift card deal for these strollers and I'm considering buying it.
