does weight matter? the city mini is a lot lighter i believe, which was important to us. both are nice strollers though.

it does, but i think the frames were only 2 lbs different.
i liked how the mini was so easily maneuvered, but we'd definitely have to buy the double strap on stroller (which is a frame that takes car seats).... so we can't use it early on.
i hate that the select nickel and dimes you. you have to purchase everything separately. but i love how they have trays and the tires are much nicer.
ahhh! they both have pros and cons....

i bought a tray for my city mini and i've never found a need for it, if that helps? the mini IS so easily maneuvered, really like it.

My husband is 6'8", and we were told that the Select is taller and less likely to be kicked when walking (when he walks with it).

@Andrea: i read a review for a stroller and one lady's complaint about that particular stroller is that they didn't have a tray and trays come in very handy when they're older.

@BabyBoecksMom: that's good to know. i do like how you can switch positions of the chairs. that was way cool.

@tequiero21: my LO is 19 months and I am still waiting to use it! And we barely use a stroller since she started walking so I don't think I will use it. I could give you mine if you need it, lol!

I see the city select alot in my neighborhood. it's probably the #1 stroller here for twins and siblings close in age. The biggest advantage I think for this stroller is the ability for the seats to be arranged in so many configurations... I like how it's "stadium seating" also so the twin in the back has a view too... It can go from single to double easily also (however i know thats not a feature totally useful for twins). The double city mini though is side-by-side and that's it! Also something one parent told me about her mini is that it's very hard for her LO to look out and sit upright in it. the city mini double storage basket underneath is very hard to access too. That's all I really have heard about those two strollers. Good luck!!
