Do you clip of file your fingernails? What about your toes? I never file my toes I just clip them, but for some reason I only ever file my fingers, which is a great improvement over my previous habit of biting!!

@FutureMrsMcK: I keep a nail file at my desk for when I'm on long phone conversations that don't require me to pay much attention. I'm totally that girl on the headset filing her nails.
