well, caffeine in general. I read in 'the books' that up to 300 mg per day is okay. my doc recommended up to 150mg, in case I accidentally went over, it'd be nbd.
the other day at a school thing they were passing around pastries with chocolate chips - and another woman said I couldn't have them because of the chocolate. I was like, "uh, YES I can have chocolate!" and she goes, "your baby will have adhd!"
..? is there any proof in this? now she has me scared. I don't over do caffeine..if anything, <8oz a day, maybe every other day. sometimes i'll get a mcdonald's frappe instead of a coffee.
some reassurance please??
