So two weeks ago I was contacted by a recruiter, this happens often and I'm not looking for a job so I said I wasn't interested. He called my back and said the company saw my resume posted online and they really want to meet with me for a position they have and he explained what the position is.
It would be a big step up career wise for me so I decided it was worth a shot to go in and meet them. Since I'm not currently in the job market I figured there's nothing to lose. I met with the recruiter and manager last week.
I think the interview went really well, and I ended up leaving feeling very positive about it. They said due to scheduling conflicts I won't hear back from them until at least December 10th. Today I got an email saying that they would like me to go for coffee with the manager asap. So I now have plans to have coffee with the manager tomorrow at lunch.
Does anyone have experience with going for coffee as a second interview? Is it still classified as an interview. What kind of questions should I expect?
I'm in HR... I should already know all of this, but for some reason I'm nervous!
