Anyone in the midwest/northeast have a horrible commute story they want to share and commiserate??
Wagon Sr. is not home this week so we hired a plow but he didn't get to the house until 12:30am... I was so nervous that he wouldn't show and we'd be screwed in the morning! So I didn't go to sleep until 1am. LMW woke me up 4 hours later. We left the house at 6:45am (usually we do daycare dropoff at 7am, on the train at 7:15, I'm at my desk at 8am) and I didn't get to work until past 9. I am wearing heavy duty snow boots and my toes are totally frozen.
I got 40 minutes tacked onto my commute because my train was late and then may or may not have gone express, and kicked off everyone who needed local stops. And it usually runs so often, if the train is late by even 10 minutes there's literally no more room on the platform.
