So last Saturday(3w4d) and Monday(3w6d) I got HCG results back and they were 46 and 55 respectively. My doctor told me to still have hope, but as a lot of you know I just knew it was miscarriage #3. She had me repeat my bloodwork, but the earliest I could was Saturday (4w4d). She called me last night (best doctor ever) to say she had really good news and my HCG was up to 1000 (and change).

The only reasonable explanation I can think of is the lab made a typo and the 55 was wrong? Maybe it should've been 155?

I'm so confused and wary of being happy about this... Are there terrible things that could cause this? Help!!!
