Do you think if I make these today and take them to dinner tomorrow for an appetizer they’ll be ok, reheated in the oven?

I think it make the crust soggy and reheating wouldnt help.
I bet you could mix up the filling the day before and then fill and bake instead of reheating...

I agree, I think they’ll get soggy. You can definitely make the filling ahead of time though.

I second RKitty's post. I believe that if you could premake the filling the day before and keep it chilled AND then make the recipe before needed, it would turn out EXCELLENT. You could easily "warm" them at 150° for a few minutes when you got to your location if they cooled too much to your liking, they would still be crisp.

You could definitely prep them and "stuff" them tonight, then leave them on the baking tray loosely covered (so the don't dry out) in the fridge overnight....then let them come up to temperature a little in the AM and bake them before you do.
Whatever you do, do NOT seal them in a container still hot from the oven - that will trap the heat, create condensation, and make them really soggy!
