I need your help, bees. I'm pretty sure I'm losing it.

I'm 7+5 today, and I feel rotten. I had had awful nausea pretty much non-stop since 7dpo, so for about 4 weeks, but the intensity, and the vomiting, has really picked up in the last week. Mostof the day, I feel like I am walking around in a daze, which is a problem, because I start back to work this week. I think I need some new coping strategies.

I'm already on b6 twice a day, once at night, and once in the morning. I take half a unisom every night and one Zofran every morning. I can't take more than that, though, because it backs me up terribly. I eat small meals and snack a lot. I've tried carbs, protein, fruit, veggies, ginger, and sour. Citrus seems to work a bit, as does anything cold, like Icees, carbonated, or sour. I drink a bit of Coke every day, which gives me some relief, decaf mint tea at night, and tons of water during the day.

Problem is, nothing really helps relieve the nausea; everything just makes it slightly more tolerable. The Zofran keeps me functional, but it is not a magic pill for me. I am having a really hard time figuring out what to eat. Cold watermelon was working for a while, but that all came back up yesterday. Meat and eggs sound awful. Cheese sounds ok in tiny doses, and so do corn tortilla chips, but that's not enough. Pasta and rice are sometimes tolerable, bread is usually OK.

Wow, that was a novel. Any ideas/help/suggestions/commiseration would be appreciated!! Thank you!!
