I have a crack in my right heel and every step I take is uncomfortable right now 
I got a pedicure less than 2 wks ago and I have a ped egg, but it cracked! I think it's 'cause I spend a LOT of time barefoot & wear flip flops the rest of the time. I havent put on a pair of socks in months!
Do you ever get cracks in your heels? How do you deal with them? I'm thinking about super gluing it

Never had cracked heels.. I used to wear those gel socks from Bath and Body works. SUper hydrating!

Ooooo maybe that's what I need! I'd have to figure out when to wear them... I can't sleep in socks.

Oooh, I got these awful in the third trimester. I found the best thing was to slather my feet with vaseline and put on socks before I went to bed. If I did this regularly, it kept the cracks away and helped the ones I had heal. It's messy and towards the end I had to have DH help me put my socks on but it was worth it!

Hubby has cracked heels and it's bad too. He uses a pumice stone nightly with a lotion that contains some sort of "acid" in it. It helps tremendously!

I'm a runner and love to wear sandals so my heels are always dry/cracked. I use a pumice and slather on the rescue treatment cream. To lock the moisture I wear a pair of socks for about 10-15 minutes.
