CVS announced today that as of Oct 1st they will no longer sell tobacco products. They felt tobacco products were not in line with their mission to provide health care products. They estimate they'll lose $2 Billion in annual revenues, and their stock is down 1.6% this morning. What are your thoughts? Good decision or bad decision?
I think it's a great moral decsion and I actually think that in the long run it will be a good business decision as well. But man, but that's a big hit to revenue up front!
