I'm so tired of sitting! I keep getting up and doing toe touches and lunges and whatnot but every time I sit, the pain returns. Sitting sucks! I'm looking forward to being a SAHM so I will have to be on my feet more. I used a standing desk for right around a year, but that was hard on my back so I took it back down. Now I have butt pain instead. Do you sit too much? Any tips or tricks?
