I’m sorry...I hate the feeling of waiting for the other shoe to drop with bugs.

In our family, usually all three kids get it in some way, shape, or form. I get it at least half the time; DH often/mostly avoids - he does help with cleanup or will take a turn laying with a puking kid (mine always seem to get it in the night!)

I dont know why this is - we are crazy about cleaning when someone is sick; I think he’s just not around as much and the kids are far less in his face/using his stuff/sharing food.

DH often avoids. The last bad ones this winter I and the newborn avoided both times somehow? Phew we got lucky. I'm sure it will be a literal shitshow when baby starts daycare soon

We've had it go both ways. I've literally scrubbed my hands raw with those lysol wipes that kill norovirus, but in the end I think it's basically a crapshoot whether others avoid it or not...fingers crossed
