Im almost 15 weeks, and the last week or so i have noticed lots of hair loss.... i have a ton of hair so that in itself doesn't bother me but i thought you usually lose your hair after pregnancy, not during? I have an appt on monday with my doctor, im going to ask her then.... but until then, any reasons why it may be?

i continued to lose lots of hair while pregnant, and i think i lost quite a bit around that time. my hair never stopped falling out while i was pregnant, and i also haven't had the postpartum hair loss everyone talks about!

Hair loss happens during early pregnancy and then usually after delivery. It should start to slow down soon. Then you will see a gain because your follicles actually rest until after delivery. However, every one is different. I wouldn't be too concerned unless your starting to see balding patches.
