@sslm: I didn't really have any signs. Really the only thing was that I was having more trouble sleeping and couldn't find a comfy position. The morning of the evening I went into labor, I did feel a little "off." Had been having more Braxton Hicks than usual. Then had a more painful one while out for coffee with a friend. Then nothing the rest of the day until I tried going to sleep that night. I started having contractions every 20 min or so. Lost mucous plug right around then and water didn't break until I was 10 cm and pushing!

It could happen anytime. Good luck and hang in there. A due date is an estimate.

ETA: I just remembered that I talked to my mom on the phone that afternoon and told her that nothing was happening. I had no idea I was going into labor later. LO was born at 8a the next morning.
