Did anyone that has a baby boy use the pee teepees? I ordered a couple sets because I thought they were adorable and then we had a preemie and the teepee covered his entire torso as well as his little man parts so it didn't work for us and then I forgot I had them until the other day when my chihuahua was playing with one. Oh well, at least they didn't cost much.

HAHAHA are they that big? I thought they were just big enough to cover the weewee. My friend used them... haven't asked how she liked them though.

My friend said they are a gimmick, so I never bought them. She said when her son peed, the teepee would just fly right off!

No, but I did buy a set for my SIL as a joke when she found out she was having boys. Now they get passed around to future moms of boys as a joke.

I use a washcloth still at most diaper changes--and it does go over his torso too. I have saved my shirt so many times!

I saw them at the store but never bought any, I've been peed on a couple of times but it was my own fault, I'm much better about leaving a wipe over his weewee LOL

I also have a friend who got them as a gift, tried one once, and it flew off when he peed. Which at least makes for an entertaining story for those of us who weren't there to get peed on!

nope. my son has actually only peed on me like twice, so it's not a big problem. my daughter, however, is a whole other story....

Nope. LO is only a month old and I've only had one open air accident so far and he peed all over himself. He makes this face when he pees so I watch out for that.

I have a couple, but they are useless - Sawyer shot them right off and then I had pee on me and a peed on teepee to deal with.

When I was pregnant with my first I SO wanted one. Then the closer to my due date the more I told myself it was a nice to have. I'm glad I never bought them b/c the thought of washing them every time after he peed on it would have driven me nuts! I just put a tissue over his pee pee. Doing the same for my second son now too. Such a cute idea though and I love the designs.

I heard they don't really work, so we never bought any. We used a washcloth when he was younger to cover him and now we just use a wipe until we get a new diaper on. He rarely has open air accidents now, though.

Someone gifted them to us and they were totally useless. Wouldnt' stay in place!

I read about them a while ago, but thought they looked like they'd just lift right off when he pees. We'll just use a washcloth or a wipe.

I just used a wash cloth too. He used to have open air accidents at almost every diaper change so I don't think a few tee pees would have cut it.

Saw them in the store and immediately guffawed. Wouldn't last one second on my squirmy guy. We used a second diaper over his man parts. Although after a while we learned how to make him pee before diaper changes-- we'd open the diaper and let some cold air hit the peepee, then close the diaper and let it soak up the pee. After that stopped working, we'd dangle a cold wet wipe in there and he'd pee. After that, we'd just blow on his peepee and he'd pee. After a few months we stopped having open air accidents all together. Haha.

oh man, so glad I had a girl. She's never peed on me mid-change. Pooped on me though, many many times. Do they make a poopy teepee? lol

Nope, we used a second diaper. He's 9w and we haven't had an accident in awhile so I'm expecting to get sprayed soon since I've gotten lazy about the second diaper cover.
